True Geordie, an online combat sports commentator, has taken a stand against the UFC to show his support for Irish superstar Conor McGregor following McGregor’s recent revelations about his strained relationship with the company.

Geordie, a well-known McGregor fan, engaged in a back-and-forth with McGregor after some controversial statements made by the latter. Despite this, Geordie has consistently expressed unwavering support for his favorite UFC fighter, whom he regards as an icon of the sport of MMA.

Concerns have been raised regarding Conor McGregor’s relationship with the UFC. McGregor feels that he is not receiving adequate communication from the company, despite playing a crucial role in its rise to prominence. Geordie like others obviously noticed that and he believes the UFC is just destroying McGregor’s athletic career.

In his recently uploaded YouTube video, Geordie said –

“Back in February 2023, that was announced, he was supposed to be fighting Michael Chandler after two of them coached on Ultimate Fighter. They both did the ultimate fighter, as bad as that show is and never ended up fighting as they were supposed to. No reason and explanation was given.”

“Dana White was asked multiple times about when is Conor gonna come back and Dana acts like the announcement of them two are fighting never even happened, he’s not even completely acknowledging that actually took place and he is saying every time he is asked about Conor McGregor ‘Well Conor’s got a lot of money’… and he doesn’t ever give a f*** straight answer about why the fight that he announced never happened.”

McGregor in his latest interview with talkSPORTMMA revealed that he has two fights left before his contract runs out in the UFC and then he doesn’t know what happens with him in the future. Geordie believes that Dana White is actually pushing McGregor to sign again with the UFC to shackle him inside the company for the rest of his athletic career so he doesn’t go around making other fights.

“Since then, we have connected the dots and it does seem like Conor McGregor has two fights left on his contract and what the UFC are trying to do is not allow him to fight those out until he resigns with the UFC and commits his long-term future, because they wanna use him to secure their further network deals on television to get the company more money.”

“Despite all of the fights he has done for the UFC, all of the money he is generated for them, the fact that he inflated their value before they were sold to WME beyond belief, no one cares! This guy is nothing more than a slave like the rest of them in the eyes of Dana White it seems.”

“That’s the first time he has ever acknowledged publicly that he has two fights left in his contract and when you say that you don’t intend to stay after the two fights are done. So, boom! He’s clearly dropping a bit of a bomb now because of the situation he’s in. This tells me the guy is frustrated and the the rules that they usually pay by him and the UFC are let’s not let everyone know that we’re currently in the middle of negotiations that are not going well.” – Geordie Said.

Geordie continued, stating that the UFC is being very cautious in how they’re dealing with McGregor. Recently, two of the biggest MMA athletes, Francis Ngannou and Nate Diaz, left the UFC due to contractual disputes. According to Geordie, the UFC is taking steps to ensure that the same thing doesn’t happen with McGregor.

“Then it’s probably Manny Pacquiao probably in Saudi Arabia which the UFC won’t be happy about, because they won’t get a f*** piece of that just like the way Ngannou left, just like the way Nate Diaz left. They don’t want that to happen with McGregor, no chance! It can’t be helped with his mental health with they f*** him around like this. This is the company he helped make and they are just treating him like an average joe.” – Geordie said.

True Geordie lashes out against the UFC, specifically Dana White and defends Conor McGregor.

Like many others, even Geordie is surprised by the fact that McGregor, who once got a double-champion shot after defeating José Aldo for the belt, is now struggling to get a fight within the UFC. He used to be the fighter who made fights happen, but now the situation has become so challenging that he is struggling to get even one fight.

True Geordie believes that Dana White and the UFC never genuinely cared about Conor McGregor or any other fighters. He believes they are merely using them for their own benefit. He strongly criticizes the President/CEO, Dana White, holding him responsible for Conor McGregor’s current professional and mental decline –

“He’s feeling like he has his balls cut off by Dana White you can tell he’s embarrassed a little bit. Because he’s coming out with ideas let’s do this, let’s do that and Dana White is like Nah!”

“And it’s mad when you think about how much money Conor McGregor put in the pocket of Dana White specifically. Dana Made Conor money to a degree, gave him the opportunity, but Conor lit up the UFC and not Dana. Conor did the work not Dana! Dana White is worth more money for the work Conor McGregor did and he is just being disrespected for the work he did for that company it’s unreal.”

“This proves that Dana White has been f*** lying to the faces and we knew this, the guy has no morals, he promotes f**** slap fighting for Christ’s sake. To tell us, McGregor fight hasn’t happened… the guy clearly is desperate to fight and Dana White never even says he doesn’t wanna fight, he never even goes that far, so he is very clever how he positions it. Dana is lying and Conor McGregor is on round about way to exposing that right now.” – True Gerodie said on his YouTube video.
